If you’re looking to start the new year off with some healthier habits, or wanting to stay accountable for the ones you already try to do, check out my new “Self improvement tracker” :) I’m selling it as a digital download printable PDF so you can print it at home or your local print shop. It is a full colour file, but it can also work as black and white (see images)!
The file is a 4 page PDF, sized at 8.5×11 inches and there is a version for 28, 29, 30 and 31 days (so you can print one for the corresponding month). Each row has a blank space for writing your habits, and circles that you can check off or colour in!
There are some things I want to remember to do every day, and I do like checking off lists, so I thought this tracking sheet may help! My goal is to achieve an 80% success rate. I don’t want to feel like a failure for missing a few days, so I think the 80/20 rule is most realistic. Cheers to our fresh start, and aiming for the best versions of ourselves this year!
